How To Claim Your Reward

You will need to purchase your Telstra Cel-Fi 3G base unit with or without a Blackhawk Antenna package option from any Powertec Telecommunications registered reseller around Australia between 1 February and 30 April 2017.

To claim your reward you will require the following information:

  • A copy of your purchase receipt (purchase receipt details must match the name/address details used to complete the Carrier application required for each purchase. Your reseller will do this

    for you in many cases.)

  • A photo of your serial number (found on the back of your unit)
  • A completed installation form (see below)

You can now register your details on our online form. The rebate will be processed after the 30 day money back guarantee has past.  You will then be contacted by email requesting your preference for cheque or EFT and details to fulfil the rebate payment.  Please allow up to 45 days to receive your rebate.

Note that the additional $50 antenna rebate must be for purchase of approved Blackhawk Antennas. Using non-Blackhawk Antennas will make you ineligible for the additional $50 rebate; You will only be able to claim $100 for the base Cel-Fi S2 Telstra Unit.

Cel-Fi RS2 Rewards Rebate Program – Terms and conditions

Instructions on how to claim form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Claims are only open to Australian residents 18 years & over. Employees and Resellers (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister or 1st cousin.
  2. Promotion commences on 1 February 2017 and ends on 30 April 2017 (“promotional period”) or sooner in the case that stock runs out.
  3. Final online redemption forms must be completed by close of business 31 May 2017. No redemption will be accepted for purchases made after 30 April 2017.

  5. Qualifying product(s) must be purchased in a single transaction during the Promotional Period (1 February 2017 – 30 April 2017) as indicated on your proof of purchase.
  6. When you enter this promotion you will be asked to supply a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt or tax invoice). Provision of a copy of proof of purchase is mandatory and can be supplied in one (1) of the following ways:

  9. Please note if you choose to mail your proof of purchase, it must be received by the Promoter at the above address by close of business 31 May 2017. After this date the promotion will be closed and no mail will be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
  10. Full payment and receipt of the products (and therefore access to the serial number) must occur before 30 April 2017 in order for the customer to claim this offer. A claim for the bonus rebate must be lodged by 30 April 2017. Customers who choose to delay the delivery of their qualifying product(s) beyond 30 April 2017 will not be eligible to claim for this offer.
  11. Products are to be paid for in full during the promotional period.
  12. Provided that your claim meets all Terms & Conditions of this promotion and is subsequently validated, your choice of rebate cheque or bank transfer will be posted to the address nominated in your online entry form. Please allow 45 days for the delivery of your rebate cheque or bank transfer. To follow up on the status of your rebate cheque please contact the Powertec Accounts Department on accounts@powertec.com.au and ensure you include your full name and details.
  13. All claims are subject to verification by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  14. The claimant agrees that if they have received the rebate but then return the qualifying Cel-Fi/Blackhawk product(s) (under any returns policy the store may have), they will also return the bonus rebate cheque to the promoter.
  15. Claimants who purchase prior to the Promotional Period and then return their product to repurchase within the Promotional Period will not be eligible for Cash Back.
  16. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
  17. Only one claim is permitted per transaction; multiple purchases must be itemised on separate receipts and; (b) each claim must be submitted in accordance with claim requirements.
  18. The bonus offer is not available for products sold in conjunction with any other special offer or promotional product bundle unless otherwise stated.
  19. Claimants must retain a copy of the original purchase receipt for all claims as Proof of Purchase. Failure to produce the Proof of Purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to an offer.
  20. At the time of purchase an Application for Telstra is completed on behalf of the Purchaser and the name/address details MUST match those of the claimant.
  21. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
  22. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion without notice but subject to State and Territory legislation.
  23. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct details for delivery of the bonus rebate cheque. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or misdirected mail.
  24. All purchases must be made from a registered reseller of Powertec Telecommunications P/L.  Purchasers from unregistered resellers will be deemed invalid.
  25. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without notice, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion or to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the Promotion at its discretion. Claims are not transferable or assignable.
  26. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. If for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
  27. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible entries.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, other suppliers, affiliates of the Promoter and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information.
